Return & Exchange Policy – Peabine

At Peabine, we maintain high quality standards for every product. To ensure fairness for both customers and our brand, we follow a strict return & exchange policy.

🔁 Exchange & Return Eligibility

We ONLY accept return or exchange in the following cases:

• ✅ You received a defective/damaged product
• ✅ You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

Subject to stock availability.

👉 No other reasons are accepted

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim return or exchange:

• You must record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel
• The video must clearly show:
  • Sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition

👉 Without video proof, no claim will be accepted

⏱ Reporting Time

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• After this, requests will not be considered

📦 Return Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and invoice must be included

💸 Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable if:

• Product is defective
• OR wrong product is delivered

Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval.

Once the returned product is picked up and passes a quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated within 1-2 working days.
